Manages departments significant portfolio of third party contracts Professional Services agreements, Medical Director agreements, independent contracts, etc. Responsible for developing and maintaining professional working relationship with third party partners. Responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing management of the electronic Psychiatry/Behavioral Sciences Contract Management System. Creates monthly Revenue Summary reports by faculty, and reviews data with each faculty member on an as needed basis.Responsible for reviewing monthly payroll reports for the department, and ensuring that appropriate PAFs are processed in a timely manner. Assists Senior Department Administrator with annual Department Budget preparation. Assists Senior Department Administrator with preparation and financial analysis for Deans monthly management report.

Required Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or a BBA (Business Administration on Accounting Track)3 years of professional experience in accounting, to include working as part of a collaborative financial team and using Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word, Intuit Quickbooks, and Oracle HCM.
5+ years of professional accounting experienceContract management experienceWorking knowledge of Federal and State regulations pertaining to contracting
