This position will play a critical role in defining digital products and executing on them with engineering acumen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting and improving digital products that support our valuations business.
The individual must possess technical expertise, project management experience and a strong knowledge of the engineering, agile software development and support processes. Creativity is key requirement as many times the customer looks to CBRE to provide solutions to their problems. This position is strongly cross-functional in nature, requiring strong working relationships with multiple teams, including Engineering, Operations, and Data Analytics.
Under general to broad supervision, manages and allocates infrastructure resources by monitoring and maintaining system platforms in support of CBRE's information technology operations.
Experience working as a team lead for a Digital Ops Command Center
Extensive experience with generating and maintaining scorecards/dashboards for SLA metrics relating to, incident management, release quality, application performance and end-user experience
Experience with coding and troubleshooting Java and Unix Shell Scripting
Deep expertise with ITIL process relating to incident, problem, change, release and configuration management.
Extensive experience acting as the liaison between Business, Vendors and Technology support teams.
Deep experience with Service Operations, SLA and incident and event management for a large technology operations.
Deep expertise with Log Aggregation tools (Kibana) and ITIL workflow tools (Service Now)
Experience coordinating end-user application testing, change management, CAB Meeting
Deep expertise with root cause analysis to include impact assessment, immediate remediation and longer-term engagement with the application development team
Experience with near real-time communication of outages and issue to end users
Develops, installs, and tests new network hardware and software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems.
Monitors systems activities and fine tunes system parameters and configuration to optimize performance and ensure security of systems.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field of work or equivalent work experience. Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes. Typically has 5 - 7 years of relevant work experience.
Technical certifications in the specialty area, such as CISCO or Microsoft.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
